Sheffield United, Stockport County (loan), Scunthorpe United (loan), York City (loan), Chester City (loan), Darlington (loan), Gretna (loan), Carlisle United
Hartlepool born left back Evan Horwood clinched a deal to sign for his hometown club at the end of July 2010.
The left back had been on trial with the club for a month, and after Aberdeen pulled out of the race to sign the ex-Gretna man, he soon clinched a deal to fill Pools' troublesome left back spot.
He came through the ranks at Sheffield United but made just one appearance for the club, spending much of his time on loan. He spent time at York, Darlington, Stockport, Scunthorpe, Gretna and Chester.
After being released by Sheffield United he signed for Carlisle in the summer of 2008, and after playing a bit part role in his first season, he went on to play 44 times for the Cumbrians during the 09-10 campaign before a shock decision was made to release him at the end of the season.
