Keigan Parker started his career at Scottish side St Johnstone. Parker spent 6 years at McDiarmid Park in which he scored 23 goals in 124 outings.

After a rather barren spell of goals, he joined Blackpool in the summer of 2004. It was at Blackpool where the Scot made his mark as a footballer. He broke into the Blackpool squad at the beginning of the 2004-2005 season and never once was his position under threat.

Despite not being a goal-machine, Parker impressed with his technique on the ball and his ability to turn anyone and leave his marker for dead. However Blackpool were promoted to the Championship in 2007 and Parker found it hard to keep hold of his place. Parker rejected a move to Barnsley in the January transfer window but in the summer of 2008, he joined Huddersfield Town.

Parker though found his chance limited at the Galpharm Stadium and, after only 2 goals in 23 games, he was shipped out to Hartlepool United on loan. Parker failed to impress at Pools and failed to score in 9 starts.
