I think ID is needed only if the person buying isn't on the data base already.

I was still asked to send in a photo for my daughter's student card, though...presumably in case they don't sell 4000 and she needs to pay the student rate?

Will be that. I read that Id would need to be provided for all concessions should we not hit the targets.

Going down this afternoon to renew mine, will try and get a feel for how many have been new and how many are renewals and report back.

Getting 2 tomorrow, the sales today were only 80. Not one of the best days so far but tomorrow will hopefully compensate for that as I'll be getting 2 of them. We will hit through 1000 by the end of thursday I'm hoping.

801 tickets sold by the end of today. That's another 80 from yesterday. Hopefully we can push to over 1000 by the end of the week and it'll really encourage people to get down and put their £100 on the table. Imagine once pay day comes we'll get a nice little burst of activity as well.

Keep the coming Hartlepool!

Do you think the ticket office would give me information on the season ticket sales of last season? For example, the day-by-day figures. That way we could make comparisons and have more of an idea how many we'll manage to sell this year.

They can only say no. Although I think it's irrelevant really. We all need to do all we can to promote how well it's going this season as opposed to looking if we are the same as other years, posting it online and then potentially putting people off if this is just the normal. It could be that it's a lot better, but as I say, I think it's irrelevant.

Went into and got mine, now if i can pay £100 for my season ticket 4 days before my wedding then i hope i am not the only one who things this was a deal to good to miss.

The young lady in the ticket office said they had sold 60 odd today that was about 4pm so dont think there wold be many after me.

Come on pools fans get out and down tothe ticket office and get yourself a season ticket for £100 you will be mental to miss out.

We sold roughly 2,000 season tickets for last season. So we're already half way there when you add those in (you'd presume 99.9% of existing ST holders would renew) we're well on our way.

I reckon we can make 1,000 by Friday which will be a great achievement.

Just an idea but you could maybe make articles for the home page with the season ticket stats Edd. Its quite good to look at

Thanks for the appreciation. It's really up to PooliePoolie if he wants to make the information into articles. I'm not absolutely sure how many number crunching fans there are out there though.

Day 7. 801 tickets sold. That's just a smidgeon over 20% of 4000. We're now a fifth of the way there after less than 1½ weeks (of 10 weeks) i.e. 13% of available sales days.

The average number of sales needed per day for the remaining 46 sales days is now 69.5 per day. (The original average needed, revised to take account of the extra Saturday openings, was 75.5 per day.)

The target for Day 7 was 528.
801 is 52% (273) ahead of target for Day 7.
We're well ahead of the targets for Days 8 (604) 9 (679) & 10 (754) too.

If sales are maintained at this rate, the 4000 target will be met by Sales Day 35, about 3 weeks before deadline day.

That would be really great, definitely something I'd like to cover. Could do a round-up a couple of times a week?

Well, at the moment as you've noticed, I'm doing it daily. Do you want to just take the figures from my posts and turn them into an article?

PooliePoolie We sold roughly 2,000 season tickets for last season.

Incorrect assumption made by far to many, we didn't have 2000 and depending on your idea of close and my idea of close, i would say we weren't close
