Two more changes this week, four last week, do we really know who the eleven are going to be from week to week, more importantly does Hignett?

Not sure about this 5 in defence malarkey. Not my preferred set up or personnel but he'll survive or die by his decisions.

Hopefully Collins will have a similar game to Bogle last week, ineffective. We'll have more energy and ideas in midfield. 1-1 Amond

Probs a tight defensive display with a mistake giving Crawley all three points. I see Rodney is not even on the bench. What would Dell boy say?

Only reading the live feed on sky sports but sounds even game, both teams having similar number of chances missing and hitting the target. Looking at sky sports they have us lined up 3-5-2. This is how it's printed but not usually portrayed. We simply have not got the confidence to play that system, demonstrated fully last week when Kavanagh, as good as he appears, didn't want to push on once into the opposing half. Whether that was his or his manager's decision??

Ref seems card happy and if we're unlucky could end up with less on the field than we started with.

Hignett certainly knows how to influence a game with substitutions........in favour of the opposition. Three minutes after Amond leaves the fray they score.

On the match stats it appears we only had one shot all game and even that was off target. Worrying times.

Just back from Crawley (only an hour from Woking - great journey).
That's the absolute highlight of the day. I stumped up a tenner to get in, in hindsight a generous amount.
Crawley had 4 home wins in a row before today. I don't know how but I wish we could play so ineffectively and win.

The first half was a fairly bland affair - Pools pressed for the first 5 minutes, no luck no shots. Crawley pressed for the next 20. At some point they had a goal disallowed for offside. Pools pressed a bit around the area - sideways, backward, forward a bit but nobody took a shot.

Half time and then back to more of the same. Crawley had a couple of near misses - just past the post, just over the bar. Inevitably.. 1-0. A cross from the left side and headed in. Bartlett was wearing black and against the crowd background I could not see where he was. Invisible.

After that, Pools tried to put pressure on but again no shots. I really could not name any standout player for Pools. They were all much of a muchness as far as I'm concerned.
I could write more but it's starting to depress me...

I'm on the train up next Saturday and hoping for some revenge over Stevenage after the 6-1 fiasco. Based on today.. think I'll whistle for it. Looking forward to some Cameron's.

We're seeing the same game every week. Lots of time on the ball, lots of passing and nobody wants to step up and shoot. The team looks completely drained of confidence and we gifted them chance after chance.

Great support from the Poolies today but I have to say the atmosphere in the away end was absolutely toxic.

One win in eight, says all!

Failure to win next weekend will be catastrophic.

Particularly when you look at next weeks opponents who were on a run which saw them win six of their last seven away games until they went to the home of the league leaders, narrowly missing out there.

If rumours , which abound elsewhere, are anything to go by another away next week win to add to their recent success could result in serious consequences for Hignett.

Must admit I stopped listening after the second substitution this afternoon, same old same old week after week.

According to Loughlin on twitter he hasn't lasted until next week.

edit: confirmed on official site now.
