The results have been counted and verified and the Vital Hartlepool Player Of The Season 2006/07 is Gary Liddle.
Liddle, who recieved a quater of the vote, joined from neighbours Middlesbrough at the beginning of the season and has impressed in a number of positions. He spent most of the season in the central midfield role and is already attracting attention from larger clubs.
Second Place went to departing keeper Dimitrios Konstantopoulos and defensive rocks Michael Nelson and Ben Clark came third and fourth respectively. Richie Humphreys completed the top five.
