Team News v Northampton

It's an away trip for Hartlepool this weekend as they look to build on the good form shown recently.

Hartlepool go to Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium on Saturday looking to extend the unbeaten run, that currently stands at four, and keep alive faint play-off hopes.

Neil Austin is again going to miss out because of his toe injury but without any fresh injury concerns things look pretty good for Colin Cooper.

The same starting XI have played the last two games for Hartlepool and it could stay the same for a third game running.

Cooper knows that it'll be a difficult game and the pitch might not be in good shape due to two clubs playing on it week in week out.

Ahead of the game Cooper told BBC Tees: 'Northampton will be fighting and a change of management recently will have galvanised them as a team.

'But if we can't start well, and get ahead against a team that's used to losing, then you've got a great chance.

'We might have to adapt our style because there a lot of games played at Sixfields with Coventry City having home games there too.

'There's no way their pitch will be as green as Victoria Park, that's for certain.'
