Palace Man Still An Option? Was He An Option?

Palace Man Still An Option? Was He An Option?

Coops had, for a week or so prior, said that he was looking at various options and had hoped to bring in two or three players. The week before last we got Marlon Harewood, his signing was followed up by the loan signings of Jack Barmby and Luke Williams last Thursday.

Also on that same day rumours said that Hartlepool were looking at Crystal Palace teenager Hiram Boateng.

We needed someone in midfield and he was thought to be an option, if he was an option like TalkSport said, could he still be now? I think that Coops might still be looking to bring in someone in midfield and if there was an interest in Boateng if funds are available he could still be the one.

Matty Dolan coming back from Middlesbrough would be the one that most of us would like but that's not looking like it'll be a move that's going to happen now.

Even if Boro don't keep him other clubs, at a higher level, are keen as well so if he was allowed to leave without a fee he'd look to play as high as he can wouldn't he? That would rule out a return to the Vic.
