'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Team News v Chesterfield

League two leaders Chesterfield await Hartlepool on Boxing Day with the unenviable task of taking on the Christmas chart toppers awaiting as the festive period kicks off.

Pools will be going to the ProAct Stadium without Jordan Richards, due to his hernia injury and also without Dan Jones because of his ankle.

Colin Cooper isn't likely to change too much, but those that came on in the draw with Burton might have done enough to force their way into the starting XI?

Brad Walker in particular after the youngster came on to score a wonderful equaliser in that one-all draw last Saturday.
