Extended Again

We've now got no concerns about losing one of our loan players before January, therefore being left potentially light.

The loan transfer window closes today, so if Colin Cooper wants to (and is able to) conduct any business then today is the day to do this. If a player is in on loan then their loan can be extended outside of the transfer window.

Matty Dolan's loan technically ended after our 2-0 win over Northampton last Saturday but talks to extend were ongoing.

Ahead of our midweek defeat an agreement was struck with Middlesbrough to see the 20-year-old stay with us and these have resulted in a deal being struck with the championship side for us to keep the midfielder until January 4th.

If we weren't able to extend this loan until the end of the season when January comes I'd be surprised....
