Hartlepool Cancel Paul Murray's Contract

Hartlepool United have cancelled the contract of midfielder Paul Murray with immediate effect.

Murray and the club reached a mutual decision to terminate the remainder of the player's contract this afternoon and he has now left the club.

The former Shrewsbury man was brought to the club in 2010 but had been frozen out under John Hughes.
