Phil Brown or Sean Dyche for me. Barron and Humphreys are too much a part of the furniture and we need someone in who's going to change things. Laws could go either way - on the one hand the current squad needs a kick up the arse badly which he can do, on the other hand he has a reputation for alienating a lot of people very quickly so I dunno. I would've jumped at the chance to get Jackson in a few years ago but he's been out of the game for a long time at the moment, ditto McIlroy... Trollope and Scott could be dark horses but their success has all been at Division 4 clubs, not Division 3. Penney, sorry but no. And I hope Ken is putting a sniper on the roof of the Cyril just in case someone spots Ince or Sanchez coming towards the Vic!

Well people who've been successful at Division 4 clubs are probably the best we can hope for, there experience could be exactly what we need next season
