Barron As Boss: Micky To Take Temporary Charge
Micky Barron has been placed in temporary charge of the first team at Hartlepool United after the departure of Neale Cooper.
Cooper resigned from his position this afternoon and the club confirmed that Barron has been appointed caretaker manager for the 'immediate future'.
Barron enjoyed a three game stint in charge of the first team following Mick Wadsworth's departure last December, winning one and losing two of his three games in charge.
It was Brentford where Barron took charge of his first game last year, and the former right back will begin his second caretaker spell at Griffin Park as Pools travel to London on Saturday.
