Hartlepool Snap Up Adam McHugh
Hartlepool United have completed the signing of goalkeeper Adam McHugh on a permanent basis.
McHugh joins the club with regular reserve goalkeeper Andy Rafferty set for an extended spell on the sidelines with a knee injury. Pools had been without cover for first team stopper Scott Flinders in the season's opening two games with seven outfield players named as substitutes.
The 21-year-old was released by Scottish side St Mirren in the summer after coming through the ranks at St Mirren Park, he also spent time on loan at Forfar last season.
