Hartlepool Miss Target As Willmott Joins Cambridge

Hartlepool United boss Neale Cooper has missed out on a summer transfer target as winger Robbie Willmott has joined Cambridge.

Willmott had attracted interest from a number of Football League sides following his decision to leave Luton, including Pools.

However, he has chosen to rejoin former club Cambridge, turning down a number of offers from league clubs.
