Vital Hartlepool Awards 2012: Most Improved Player
The next Vital Hartlepool Award goes to the player who fans voted as being the most improved during the 2011/12 campaign.
With a number of youth players emerging over the season, this was a hotly contested award and it's Jack Baldwin who scoops the accolade.
The young defender impressed fans since his arrival last summer, he fended off competition from Luke James and Evan Horwood to take the prize.
