Young Stars James and Baldwin Need Break - Cooper
Hartlepool United manager Neale Cooper says young stars Luke James and Jack Baldwin will need a thorough rest this summer after his exploits this season.
James won plaudits from fans and players alike after being handed his debut by Micky Barron in December of last year, now Cooper says the player needs a break at the end of the season.
''Everything happened all of a sudden for him and it was exciting, but then he had that time out and he's lost that wee sharpness - he'll be fine though.''
Cooper himself broke into first team football at a young age and he told the Northern Echo he could relate to both James and fellow youngster Jack Baldwin.
''I played at 16 at Aberdeen and you do need that break mentally. It's the same with Jack Baldwin. At that age you're in and out. You can have good games and bad games.''
