Brighton Boss Wants Tighter Defending
Brighton and Hove Albion manager Micky Adams wants to see his side tighten up at the back ahead of tonights FA Cup tie against Hartlepool.
Adams' men conceded 3 goals last time they faced Hartlepool and he expects a recation tonight ''Clean sheets are always a priority. If you don't concede goals you have got more chance of winning games.
''I think we are a bit flakey at the moment in terms of our defending. We are making too many individual errors.''
He cited recent games in his interview with the Argus newspaper ''We have got to cut them out and get back to trying to keep clean sheets like at Peterborough and against Swindon last week, when we coped well with an aerial bombardment. We are capable of doing it.''
''There is a lot riding on tonight in terms of individual performances. I don`t mind being beaten but it was the manner of our defeat on Saturday which wasn't right.''
